My first time visit was very pleasant. The staff was very courteous and professional. The wait to be seen was short and the staff explained each procedure that was performed. That was very important considering I didn’t know what to expect.
I have to credit the whole team at the center for vascular medicine at green belt cath lab Immediately when I got there I was welcomed well And signed in, was led to the back and was greeted and assisted by the most spectacular professional team of nurses, i remember first 3 nurses, they explained very well and we’re very caring, explaining the details of the procedure and made me feel comfortable.Then another team joined them and continued with the next step who also made me feel comfortable, then Dr G lakenpal performed the procedure, he was so kind and polite, and friendly. Post op was very well executed and made me feel well and relaxed as the nurses took over again and assisted me with every step.They kept interacting with me making sure I was doing okay. When my time for discharge came the nurse ms Barbara Burke (not too sure I remember her name well but one of the names was hers) walked me to the car and made sure I sat safely before my ride could drive off. How sweet you all were. I am recovering slowly by slowly but I know you did the BEST. Thank you very very much. Let be be specific on this part, they are so far the BEST team of professionals that I have not seen in healthcare in a long time. Keep it up , you treated me very very well and very professional.
